A note about creating email signatures:
You will need to create a Signature on each workstation that you use to access Microsoft Outlook including the Microsoft Outlook web access client (OWA). If you use a single computer on a daily basis you will only need to create your signature in the Microsoft Outlook client and Microsoft Outlook Web access client (OWA) one time.
